CX-BCAA 2:1:1 uses premium grade Branch Chain Amino Acids in an instantised form ensuring excellent solubility and hence optimum bioavailability.
The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) called after their unique branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. Supplementing with CX-BCAA boosts the body’s natural BCAA levels by 5g per serving as well as providing an additional 4g of pure L-Glutamine.
L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body however levels can fall after exercise. The addition of L-Glutamine (4g per serving) boosts the nutritional benefit of CX-BCAA 2:1:1, helping to restore this conditionally essential amino acid to pre exercise levels.
CX-BCAA 2:1:1 has been specially formulated with an electrolyte matrix that contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.

Add 13g of CX-BCAA 2:1:1 (1 level scoop) to 250ml of water and shake well. Take one serving (1 level scoop) 30 minutes before or during exercise and the other serving between meals.
